Hill Sprints in Burbank, CA

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to put this but I'm looking for a good place to do hill sprints in Burbank, CA. The steeper, the straighter, the smoother, the better. I'm not looking to roll my ankle. Either that or a free community Prowler will do. Thanks!

Re: Hill Sprints in Burbank, CA

I can suggest two good streets in Burbank for hill sprints. Both blocks from each other. Walnut Ave & Harvard Rd (near Burbank High) off of Glenoaks. Both streets provide ample, smooth and steady inclines for quite a stretch (up way past DeBell Golf Course). Do you live in Burbank? Do you CrossFit as well? If so, where may I ask? Shoot me an email if you're looking for people to train with. We have a full set up at our home in Burbank.

Re: Hill Sprints in Burbank, CA

Thanks for the tip, I'll have to check those out this weekend sometime. I actually do not do Crossfit at this time. I'm nursing a lower back sprain at the moment so I'm lifting light down low, heavy up top, and running for conditioning.

What's going on gents? I live in Burbank too and was wondering if anyone wants to train. I've got a set of Wright bumpers, a ****ty bar, 1.5/2 pood kb's, rings, & a couple of ab mats. I can't get any of my buddies to crossfit, they're scared, hahahahahaha. Hit me up if y'all are interested.
