In Pursuit Of Excellence

Can't yet do a muscle up, so I punished myself for being insolent. Kinda just made it up...

100 Pull ups
Run 1/4 mile
100 Push ups
Run 1/4 mile
100 Sit ups
Run 1/4 mile
100 Squats
you guessed it run 1/4 mile
For Time : 38:13
Not all that great, but damn near all thirty were spent doing pullups. I shall progress to level formerly unattainable.

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Yeah, it was miserable, but hey. I finished, got on my bike and made it home seconds before Georgia opened her skies and tried to sumon Noah's return. Good times, and good timing.

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Today did Sunday's workout
Didn't know where to start...
went from 135 up to 175 for the last 6-7 reps.
I know where to start next time...

I gotta post more often.

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Workout:
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps Load: 95-100-110-110-110
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps Load: 100-110-115-115-115
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps Load: 95-110-115-120-120

That's as accurate as I can remember,

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Three rounds for time of:
35 Pull-ups
185 pound Deadlift, 15 reps

A bit scaled, but I gotta do what i gotta do. Finished at 23:40
Not a bad workout, had to fight gym traffic for pullups and my first time deadlifting.

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Three rounds, 15-12-and 9 reps, for time of:
115 pound barbell Thrusters
25 pound weighted Pull-ups

12:06 Maybe a bit heavy on the thrusters but still a good workout. My hands hurt.

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Today did the Hero Murph:
Run a mile
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
Run another friggin mile
Time: 50:52

Maybe not hero speed but it's actually like 15 minutes faster than the last time and I finished this one.

Re: In Pursuit Of Excellence

Ran 5K, pretty slowly at that, may have something to do with lack of sleep. I'll work on that.

Time: 27:53

Not at ninja speed but I'll get it back.
