Sick, what to do????

Ok, So I know this might sound like a really stupid question to a lot of people, but I am going to go ahead and ask anyways. I have been sick for going on three days now. I am starting o feel better, but there are definitely some symptoms of the sickness left over, ie. my voice is all but gone from a sore throat. I haven't worked out for these three days, and it is killing me. I want to get back into it. I am trying to train to be competitive so i feel like I am wasting days I could be WODing. So anyways, my question is should I get back at it even though I am not fully recovered from the sickness, or just wait for it to completely go away tomorrow or the next day? just looking for some outside thoughts. Thanks all.

Just get well. Working out while sick would probably do more harm than good. Even if it does no harm, it will probably prolong your sickness.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking the same. I know it seems trivial question, but I hate being sick, and I hate sitting still even more.

If you have the itch to do something, you could do some low impact skill work, stretching/mobility work, and foam rolling. No heavy lifting, metcon, cardio, or high volume wods.
