My new year resolution

I usually don't do them, but after trying this morning i bet with myself that I will be able to do HU walks. I am pretty useless with that kind of exercise so it is going to take some effort. My wife says that I am too old and too heavy to do them but I will prove her wrong. Watch this space.

Awesome man! Bring it on!! Let us know if you need any tips.

For some reason when I read your HU I read it as Hand Stand Walk. Wierd.

Re: My new year resolution

So far the WOD are taking all my energy but I have a few go with my feet on the wall or bed. I need to work on my strength - no question about that - but I was so impressed after seeing one of the video demonstrating HS, where the guys are kind of doing little jumps that I thought "Yes I have got to do it". Hopefully a year should be enough. And yes I need any tips that anyone want to pass on.
