Box thrusters...hmm?
Just had a thought on a new exercise--the box thruster. It's a hybrid of a box squat and a thruster. Is there anything there? Perhaps they would be good for Fran training.

Seems pretty solid for increasing your max Thruster at least. I'll give them a try sometime for sure.

I have another good one. Box burpees! you do a burpee in front of a 24 inch box, then you get up and jump onto the box. Jump backwards off the box and do another burpee. So it's just like a regular burpee only every time you jump at the end it's onto the box

Saw this while doing some research, this exercise done this way to a box squat is great for people with bad mobility as well as bad knees that do not allow a good squat. I have been doing these for quite some time and it works great, take the stress off the knees.
