Sunday- went to meeting- then my 3 exercises and rope climb practice.

Rowing
MU- 1,2,3,4,5,6
Ghd- 5,6,7,8,9,10

Total of 2800 meters rowing.

Tired and shoulders were sore. I did 2 hours of moving boulders, rocks and dirt. Cutting a path to my hill top deck.

2-3 hours on Saturday and 1 hour Sunday.

Monday was a busy day at work.

Fast warm up then deads.

45x10,135x5,225x5,275x5,325x5 was heavy, 355x2,385x2, 415x3 happy with that.

Push press- All times 7 - 95,115,135,165,185 shoulders were fried.

Metcon-
400 meter run
21-15-9 hang snatch 135#
Got heavy fast
On the 15 set my thumb crease started to bleed. Got some tape but got a little worse. Decided to not do the last 9. Nice little rip to star the week.

Rowed my 2800 meters to cool down. Some sprints.


Tuesday AM- Rowed 2800 meters with 70 ghd's sprinkled in.

From the rack push presses. We do it in a group and they no rep me if not good ones. Hehe..

Tuesday- row and ghd- 2800 meters in the AM and 70 ghd's.

PM- worked on some projects at the gym. Then jumped in the Metcon-

15 min
30 wall balls 30#
50' hs walks
4 rounds 30WB. That dam 30# is tough.

Went and voted afterwards.

Wed- rip on crease of the thumb. Worst place ever. I did a bunch of rowing about 5k (warm up and about 8 500's from 2:20 pace down to under 1:40)

Ski erg- about 10 min worth of it. Finding out max 2500 cal or so. Maybe I am good at that one. We will see for a 500 of that.

AAB - did some cool down.

Did some c2b- strict- 25 reps or so.

Basically an active recovery.

Thursday- did nothing exercise related. Celebrated with a gym member graduation of High School. Then lunch with his family.

Went on a date for dinner with my lady.

Friday AM- just a little ghd and echo-
GHD- 6,12,18,24,30 or total of 90
1 min each-
55 rpm- 10 cal
60 rpm- 13 cal
65 rpm- 17 cal
70+ rpm- 22 cal

Going in tonight for a little dead lift and metcon. The metcon has 450 reps.. gulp-
