Based on #3:

3. Show Off Your Bod
If you've worked hard for your body, don't hesitate to show it off with a sports bra and spandex shorts. In addition to looking good and feeling great, your body will stay cooler than it would in a baggy T-shirt and shorts.

And #6:

6. Avoid Bunching
Wear yoga pants or spandex leggings to show off muscular legs. In addition, the stretchy garment clings to your body and won't bunch like shorts do -- talk about uncomfortable and unattractive. Yoga pants also come in handy during an outdoor workout during the cooler months.

I would say just about every girl that does crossfit. They just need a #9:

9. Wear Knee-High Socks

Now the Crossfit uniform is complete.

And honestly, are any of the men on this thread bothered that women are wearing sports bras and yoga pants?

Not my post, but you're all going to love seeing this one:

Post is WFS, asides from some foul language. And foul language is certainly permissible under these circumstances.

Normally I'm too lazy to follow links, but I nearly wet myself when I saw that! And reply #986 brought tears! Thanks for making my day, bro!

what is sad is that while that is allowed in his gym, you would probably get kicked out for dropping weights or using chalk...

That is singlehandedly the funniest post/series of replies that I have ever seen, on any forum, anywhere on the internet. I think that guy should win some sort of award.

Re: Seen at the globo yesterday

The Bro's are back in town. I live in a resort area and now my globo is filled with "squat rack curling, smith machine 3/4 squating, mirror posing, bosu tri extending Bros". Makes me wish Summer was over.

If you don't like me and my friends, build a garage gym.
