Me neither Richard , my body feels so beat up I could never do it justice. Might be tempted with some 5-5-5-5-5 Back Squat though, legs feel good to go.

Monday 080728

Still jetlagged, can't sleep before 3 am or wake up before 1pm...

Bench Press : 90kg x 5 - x 3

Almost 1 month without benching, just wanted to check real quick, haven't lost too much so that's cool

On to FILTHY 50:

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball ==> sub with 45# plate thrusters
50 Burpees
50 Double unders


===> 23'52"

What a workout ! I went all out and hit a wall at the burpees I started the burpees at 15'30" ! I usually "like" burpees, but these ones were hell. Good effort overall, nailed 38 consecutive double-unders to start with, that helped.

PS: Forgot to mention with my 210kg deadlift PR, I weighed in at 84kg/185lbs, so that makes a 2.5 x BW deadlift, that's a second level 4

Haha, well I did it again this morning, up at 2.30pm. That's it now, tonight, I'm forcing my sleep as early as possible. This has to stop !
