Re: New PR on Deadlift

Congrats man, that was awesome. Out of curiosity, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? I maxed out in the summer with only 315, but hoping to improve that this year. Thats funny how you guys call the plates wheels, I might start calling them that too. Back in high school everyone called the 45lb plates "Caddies," I guess everyone probably has a nickname for them. All the best.

Re: New PR on Deadlift

Congrats! Just pulled 405 today myself and it went up nice and smooth.

I've been following Catalyst Athletic's Mass (A)Gain program and adding MetCon's 2-3 times a week.

Well only in the last year and a half have I been lifting. On 1/1/10 I could only pull about 285 for a 1RM. I only started CF in August, so that's still new to me, but I set that goal of 400 a year ago. My size and weight haven't really changed much other than I just don't have NEARLY the fat, and been replacing it with muscle. Last year I was around 215 and right now I'm around 220 and I stand 6'2. I'm only up to 220 cause I had 2 BAD weeks of eating while I was hurt. Like I say I pulled 418 at the end of November, that was so great!!
