Paleo Plan

I have been doing CrossFit since November and have been getting good results. Everyone in my gym eats paleo, so I decided it was time to give it a shot. I signed up for (wfs) because I did not know what meals to make, what foods to eat with each meal, etc. Basically I was clueless about paleo. For those of you who are having trouble with the paleo diet check this site out! They give you a grocery list and meal plan for the week. It makes it so easy! The meals are great. I have been doing it for only two weeks and I am down almost 10 pounds! I know I will not keep losing the weight that fast but I am extremely happy with the results in the very short amount of time I have been using the plan. It really is extremely easy. Best of all I am never hungry. The meals are definitely filling.

I am in federal law enforcement so it is hard for me to find paleo meals that I can eat on the go. This site has great recipes that can be thrown together quickly and are delicious. It has made eating paleo so easy! I hope this site helps those of you who are having trouble finding paleo recipes that are quick and easy!

I also signed up for this, nearly a month ago. It's a lifesaver in terms of getting started with paleo, especially if you are trying to balance eating properly with work/gym/rugby/school/etc.

I'm still working on adjusting the amounts to match my own specific needs, but the shopping list is a huge help.

Just wanted to add my support!
