Inverted Hang sub?

Don't have access to a place where I can do inverted hangs. Any good suggestions? Haven't seen any on the comments thread either.

Can you do K2E? Stay tucked till you get inverted. Do you have access to a pullup bar?

Similar exercise would be to lay on bench or floor and using a bar or DB go from above your head and out to your hips. I'm sure you could do it on a cable machine as well.

Slow, controlled abwheel roll-outs have a similar effect on the core, arms, and lats.

Yeah, forgot about that one. More useful, imo, than the DB push/pull raises on your back.
