Thanks nik, I don't get I either. The same thing happened when we did the heavy clean and jerk. These guys saw what me and my girl were doing before and still walked right infront of us. It's like moths attracted to light. And these same morons walked right infront of a guy doing step ups with 225lb! it's like they want people to hurt them or something.

deadlift

4.355 f stopped there left hand was not hving it today.
To work on grip I did:
5 sets of 10 of 225lbs deadlifts

Had a very disappointing day. Legs felt nice and strong but have no idea what happened to my left hand. It was giving out from the first set!!! Was cursing up a storm and just enough so I stopped and went to 225 and did 5 sets of 10. On the other hand my girlfriend got a 20lb pr and got 205!!!!she was going to only try 195 but I talked her into 205 cuz I knew she had the leg strength, was just a matter of her holding on to the bar. Extremely proud of her! I better step up my game before she catches me lol!

You and Scott are in the same boat, he had a crap day. Hard to say whats up with the grip. I had a bit of trouble with my right. I really dried it off my thumb was a little sweaty and caused my fingers to slip off.

You will kill todays WOD. it was fun and fast.
