deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 1.325 2.335 3.345 4.355 f ![]() stopped there left hand was not hving it today.To work on grip I did: 5 sets of 10 of 225lbs deadlifts Had a very disappointing day. Legs felt nice and strong but have no idea what happened to my left hand. It was giving out from the first set!!! Was cursing up a storm and just enough so I stopped and went to 225 and did 5 sets of 10. On the other hand my girlfriend got a 20lb pr and got 205!!!! she was going to only try 195 but I talked her into 205 cuz I knew she had the leg strength, was just a matter of her holding on to the bar. Extremely proud of her! I better step up my game before she catches me lol! |

You and Scott are in the same boat, he had a crap day. Hard to say whats up with the grip. I had a bit of trouble with my right. I really dried it off my thumb was a little sweaty and caused my fingers to slip off.
You will kill todays WOD. it was fun and fast. |
