I'd bet my buttons that it includes the milk, otherwise he would be at 7500 calories a day and for someone who is 170lbs that is going over the edge.

John is correct, 5000 TOTAL, about half being calories from the milk. Eating 5000 kcal of solid food AND a gallon of milk would be an obscene feat for me. Eating felt like a second job at 5k. It's a good thing I don't want to be 70's Big.
