1 leg squats, yes the one leg is going to get stronger, however your other leg will quickly catch up once you can work out with it again. You'll be stronger by the end.
If you practice handstand push ups now and are capable of doing them, then I would. If you don't have a handstand then I would not recommend it. When you first start off you can have some pretty hard landings, and if your doing it alone with one foot ideally, it has trouble written all over it. |
