Just winding him up Nik, think he was just too busy to train yesterday, I know he still has a couple of workouts to catch up on.

I have visitors from out of town and today is my anniversary so no can do lol. I will try and to the snatch/ohs/run and the pullup ladder tomorrow. Skipping the total cuz I don't like it lol. I don't think I did the pullup ladder last time cuz I was on vacation. But I think I can get to 15 minutes. I'm not as fast as you too on the pullups. Don't think I can get to 18 like u pulling machines.

I did some parallette work on Tuesday night almost did fall on my head lol. They slipped on the tile floor as I was on a handstand hold. Was trying to see how long I can hold a handstand for, without my batman suit on though.

You cannot put me and Nik in the same bracket on pull ups, hes way ahead of me and mines similar to yours my pull up ladder is around 15 minutes with chest to bar.

Probably would be good to stick those parallettes on something less slippery or you could hurt your shoulders or wings.

Re: Ernie's workout log

Here's the challenge !

"Get the **** up"

1k row for time
30 sec rest
3 rounds for time
20 x 1 arm db push press 24kg (10/arm)
10 burpee tuck jumps*
after the 3 rounds, finish with 10 turkish get-ups** (5/arm) with the 24kg db

Take your 1k row time and add it to the couplet + 10 TGU time.

* standard for this burpee : chest and thigh touch the ground. Thighs break 90° when you jump, let's stay honest with those !
** TGU : stand-up with the db overhead, get down on your back, stand back up = 1 rep

Let the good times roll !

Re: Ernie's workout log

woohooooo! Sounds sweet and doable! I do have a tgu but haven't done one in a while. Looks like I get to use my new kb. The only part that's gonna suck is I'll have to sub sdhps for the row. Have no access to a rower so I will be doing 100 45lb sumos instead.
