That;s pretty much how I look at it. When I first started I would try to kep up to the others and would come away disappointed. Now I just concentrate on myself (but still keep a corner of my eye on the others), working on my form, and have been seeing great improvements over the last month.

Congrats, the way i see it is that the 40lb you lost you dont have to carry around anymore so it should make it easier to pr on the BS and DL but the OH is another story, im sure that you have been getting stronger as well otherwise only the BS and DL would go up.
