any one know if its better to have all your fish oil in one go in the morning or spread it out over the day?
i have had no ill effects or anything. just curious which is the best way

I take mine in the morning. I only take 600mg, and found a pure source from GNC. Just a brown bottle called "Fish Oil", no Omega 6/9 and listed as being filtered from impurities.

Actually, there is a diagnostic test for this... Ask someone on base medical about this. A small cut is made in your forearm (using a blade of a specific size), and the bleeding is timed until is stops. This is compared to a chart to determine if you are within normal limits or not. Called a Clotting Test. I used to do them occasionally when I worked as a phlebotomist after college.

Wow, how long ago was this? Modern medicine has evolved. We now check the INR, which is done just like checking your blood sugar.

this was shortly after feeding the leeches was no longer necessary.

We did do PT/PTT tests as well, but some of the old-school docs still ordered the cut.
