Thumbs up Help needed

Good day all.
Here it is. Tomorrow I'm having surgery on my left ankle, leaving me with 2 months of not putting any strain on it. None, nada. I can't put ANY pressure on it. OK. Said. What I would greatly appreciated from you all, if time allows you to do so, is to give me any ideas of WODs considering what was previously mentioned. I have a pullups-dips station, a "perfetc pullup" apparel, "dial-a-weight" from 5-52 lbs, weight bench with a leg attachment(leg extension/leg curl). Any suggestion is appreciated. I alrady have pondered a few WODs but I know that there are creative peple among you that could give me a few ideas.

Thanks in advance folks

LB, Ottawa, Canada.

Re: Help needed

I would look at it as a two-month deadline to develop a one-arm pullup and a 1x BW dip.

Re: Help needed

Are you flexible? If I had two months off I'd probably try to spend a ton of time working on my stretching and doing yoga or something. And doing core work like situps, back extensions, etc.

I don't think I would do handstand pushups...I might get up into one but it would be tough getting down.

Will you have a cast? i.e. can you at least put enough weight on it for a regular pushup?
