jerk and snatch boxes
Are their any plans out there for building jerk and or snatch boxes to assist with different aspects of the oly lifts? I've seen them in gyms before, I was just wondering if anyone has built them and can give me an idea on some specs. Thanks

Re: jerk and snatch boxes
Greg Everett posted an article on how he built his:
http://cathletics.com/articles/index...ty&shortyID=52 WFS I think they cost him about $300 and a lot of lost sleep to make those. The cheapest way I know how to make lifting blocks (not jerk blocks) is to just buy a bunch of square logs, stack and nail them together, and place a piece of rubber on the top. |

Re: jerk and snatch boxes
I use cinder blocks.
I doubt there is anything cheaper or easier, it's just a hassle to move them lol |
