Re: UFC All Access: Rich Franklin

Well whatever he does, it seems to work for him!

There are other methods that work great for some people.

There are a few guys in monster good shape (for the sport) on my rugby team that do a circut style workout and sprints.

Re: UFC All Access: Rich Franklin

Rich Franklin no longer does that sillyness.

He has been training with Joel Jaimeson of www.8weeksout.com (WFS) for a while now.

yeah but as soon as you want to get heavier (10 rep kind of heavy) in a circuit, machines are heaps easier, i tried doing a workout a little like the one on the show and 1. it nearly killed me 2. i added in a few more barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells and it turned into a huge mess.
