Complan as a calorie aid
Will using the meal replacement drink Complan be a cheaper alternative of getting more calories then spending huge amounts on food,Im on a very low budget and also don't like eating all the time so taking calories in drink form would be better.

If you choose to take in an MRP shake, make sure to chew it to stimulate the release of digestive enzymes.
