Forging James 2.0

I've been crossitting very scalled wods for 2 years. Recently changed to increasing strength and shorter heavier metcons. Initially did 3on-1off, changed to every other day a year ago and lately just heavy Mon. oly & metcon (at Keven's gym), with lighter Thurs and Sat oly and power based (at globo). Nutrition is IF and mostly paleo.

Yesterdays wod at Keven's gym:

12+10+8 reps of burpups and ~1/2bw (100#) stepups; 16:08

breakfast: minute density (one set per minute on the minute)

ps+ohs 105# 3x1
c&j 160# 3x1
stepup R&L 110, 120, 130, 140 , 150 @90%
burpups+2 daily challenge day 9: 3x6

lunch: burpups burpups+2 daily challenge day 10: 7+7+6

dinner: burpups burpups+2 daily challenge day 11: 8+7+7

totally exhausted trying to catch up on the burpups, will take a day off, come back Sat. to catch up and may continue with daily as that seems easier even though no real time for recovery, will see.

30 churpees in 7:22 for today's 15th day on the burpee&pullup +2 daily challenge.

15 squats, 5 pullups, 10 pushups; 6 rounds +15 squats; 20:00

Pushups were the hardest by far while pullups were the easiest. Previous attempt several months back was 8 rounds. I think I'm just burnt out from all the burpee-pullups challenge.

day 17 x2 = 34 churpees in 8:11; a little faster than yesterday; 10x3+4;

Vitamin I and massage for sore elbows and triceps.
