I've been on Crossfit for 3 months and I love it. I'm reading the back issues and I can't get enough of the information/motivation.

I could talk about the improvements in lifts, confidence... but something more interesting happened.

The other day, around midnight I got stuck without buses about 4k from home at -10 Celcius. I was wearing a heavy school bag. I shocked myself by succeeding in running all the way home without stopping. I fought off the pain of the cold a lot better due to the tenacity the Workouts of the Day have given me.

So...thanks!

Paul

When you do something you couldn't do before, it always makes you feel good. It shows that things are working.

WoW!

What's cool is when all this tough training proves itself "functional". And boy that's some motivatin' weather, too.
