went to the doctor yesterday after having an inner bicep pain since may that has not gotten better even with rest. i had slowed down to almost no pulling movements, which is upsetting since so much of xfit involves pulling. regardless, i had an MRI and he believes its a bicep tear, or a tendon tear along the bone. Something about the muscle or tendon (sorry not sure yet) pulling up from the bone, not uncommon, but not good either. I will get the results prob. on friday, but didn't know if anyone else had this same problem, or what you did or what you would recommend to still be able to do xfit even if you have to modify it.
thanks |

I would continue doing crossfit with lower body and unaffected movements, but nothing that gets that bicep working.
