Doing a comp with my Daughter

Doing a comp with my 17 year old daughter.. super excited to do that. She is an up and comer and the comp is one male and one female. Out of the comps I have done this is the one that I look forward to the most. She has lost 50 lbs and has a great motor. Deadlifts 255#.

Looking for anyone's input on this one.

What strategy would be good. Blast the exercises and med on the Air dyne? Or Vice versa..

12 min AMRAP
One partner bikes on the air assault at all times. Every calorie biked is one point. The other partner completes 2 rounds of 8 alternating front rack lunges with 2 kettle bells (53/35), 8 box jump overs (30/24), 8 deadlifts (275/185). After 2 rounds partners switch biking/reps. Every rep is one point. Score for the wod is total combined points from the calories biked and reps completed.

I think go medium on the bike so that you can go unbroken on all the lunges, deadlifts and box jump overs. You won't be earning any points if you are resting during that part, but can still earn points even if you are biking slowly.
