I believe it is, saw one of my coaches do this just because it's easier to hook grip with the women's bar. As long as it's not specifically excluded in the standards video it's "legal" right?

Did it yesterday...split it all up off the bat 8/7 for power snatches. Just got double unders down last week, and battled shin splints. 2 most feared movements in CF for me.

Happy with 186 reps. My goal was just to thru 1 round. Thought about doing again, but dont think I can get my shin splints to chill the F out.

Did it Friday and only got 220. Was extremely disappointed. Redid it tonight with a different strategy and got 261. Tried to maintain a round per 1:30 pace, broke snatches up into sets of 5,4,3,3. Started breaking into 3's in round 4. Did all snatches except the last rep, went to clean and jerk just to get it, shoulders were smoked.

Did 3 sets of 5 clean and ppress entire time. DU's were good...had some trip ups but not many. 259 reps. Did it once. I think 270 was there for sure but my goal is to not stress my back but so much. Was happy with 259 as a 45 year old dude. Snatches would have wrecked me...
