Yesterday was a freakishly warm day here in Washington DC. Upper 60s, blue skies and my Birthday to boot. So, why not a spur of the moment Painstorm? (some present Jeff)

Some mods but tried to keep the general idea. All distance carries were with 2x53lb kettlebells. Distance approximated in the alley behind the gym,

200m farmers walk
100 jumping pullups (fingertip grip on doorframe)
100 Thrusters
200M overhead KB walk
200M KB rack carry
farmers walk to bring bells back to stairs, 2x up and down 2 flights
75 hang power snatch
50 bear complex (I hate everyone involved in this in any way)
75 Pushups
50 KB swings

Time about 57 minutes. No intrest in attemting HSPU after overhead walks, decided that getting taken out to lunch was better than stitches in my head.

Not as sore as I thought today, but no WOD, and heavy bag rounds were not very enthusiastic. I hope it counts as PAINSTORM!

It must be a Painstorm with a line like "I hate everyone involved in this in any way"

I particularly like the Jumping pull ups with fingertips gripping the door frame.

Graham,
There was nothing sweet about this one. Connor didn't point out that he did this Two hours after doing Jonesworthy. He also used the weights as Rx'd with a bodyweight of 110.
