Damm that was good!!

As written - time - 36:04


Made some modifications for the guys taking part -
Run 400m
10 Pullups and 10 dips
20 shoulder press
30 ohs PVC
40 Assisted pull ups
50 Thrusters - kevin, Nic and Julie picked thier own weight
60 Box Jumps - Varying heights
70 Push press - same agin varied weights for each of them
80 Press ups - some full/some on knees
90 Deadlifts - varied weight
100 squats
run 400m

Times - Julie - 34:32
Nicola - 35:15
Kevin - 43:38

Or have Jeff and Dan hold your feet while they slam your head into the ground for multiple reps. Aaron Levi and I used this approach on Tim Weaver; when he came to he said he really loved it. Lots of ways to enjoy this kind of fun.

I did? Oh yeah...I did. And after all that head-pounding my hats fit much better thank you...especially those helmets I have to wear now....
