which jump rope for crossfit?

am after a decent rope for crossfit and im slowly learning du's. i currently use the ropes at my local gym but they are the crappy plastic ones and really slow.
i am based in the uk and cant find a supplier of the rx jumpropes. so are there any others worth a try? cheers

I personally use an RX jumprope, but I had a chance to take a look at the rogue rope at the regionals this weekend and I thought it was great.

I find it's the rope itself that makes more of a difference rather than the handles. You can buy ultra speed handles for $6 and really thin aircraft cable from Home Depot (about $1). I prefer this to the $20-$30 dollar ropes with bearings (although I haven't tried them with aircraft cable). I assume you could get the handles online and the cable from a local supply store.

Yes it will probably wear out a bit faster but if you buy a spool it works out to a few cents per rope.

I had a Rx Jump Rope and loved it, but the handles are too heavy and my arms would get fatigued quickly. Most I ever got was 50 DUs with it. Bought the Rogue rope that was linked above and got 65 DUs mid-WOD the other day. Really happy with it. I've tried the Again Faster rope a few times and prefer the Rogue.
