Always tired

It makes everything more difficult cause I'm constantly fighting to keep my eyes open if I'm sitting still. It also makes it pretty hard to build intensity in workouts.

So I guess does anyone else hsve similar issues? Is it a big deal really? And hsve any ideas on how to fix it?

I know how you feel, I got checked out by a DR for hyperthyroid, diabetes, Sleep Apnea, you name it I was checked for. they never found out what was the matter ,and I'm still tired. Apparently I have high anxiety, they gave me some happy meds, but mehh...

I still feel tired too and it sucks.

Sleep more, cut down on the workouts, eat more

If the problem is depression sleeping more is the worst thing he could do. Getting too much sleep is just as bad as too little.
