Im not sure if this is the right section but oh well. I've been tired for about seven years now. I get 7-8 hours of sleep per night, usually uninterrupted. I have a very clean diet, get decent amounts of exercise. I have no idea whats causing it but ever since high school I've just been constantly tired with very low energy. I work a desk job now but even when I worked as a mechanic for three years and stood for 10 hours a day, I felt the exact same.
It makes everything more difficult cause I'm constantly fighting to keep my eyes open if I'm sitting still. It also makes it pretty hard to build intensity in workouts.
So I guess does anyone else hsve similar issues? Is it a big deal really? And hsve any ideas on how to fix it?
I know how you feel, I got checked out by a DR for hyperthyroid, diabetes, Sleep Apnea, you name it I was checked for. they never found out what was the matter ,and I'm still tired. Apparently I have high anxiety, they gave me some happy meds, but mehh...
I still feel tired too
and it sucks.
