Back squat 5x45 5x135 5x205 5x275 5x325 5x325 8x325 Rest 3:00 3x185 every minute for 10 minutes Rest 15:00 500m row 150 doubleunders 50 burpees 8:23 pr. Should have easily been sub 8:00 but my doubleunders fell apart from #40 - #100 or so. Unexpectedly good day. Did 4 hours of yard work earlier in the day. |

200 doubleunders - 2:52 pr. Creeping down there slowly but surely Bench press 10x45 10x135 10x185 10x205 10x205 10x205 Random muscleup work About 10 total Conditioning 10x 200m row 5 ring bodysaws 5 ring pushups 14:07 Rest 3:00 1.5 mile run - 10:07 (6:44 pace). Slow but I guess I have excuses after heavy squats yesterday and all the work beforehand today. Rest day tomorrow. |

Conditioning 100 doubleunders 5x 3 185lb powercleans 6 ring pushups 9 ghd Situps 100 doubleunders 8:25. Felt really fast. Really redlined it on this one Over the next few hours did 60 total deadhang pullups. |
