Southern California Crossfit comps coming up
Hello,
First post. The team that I qualified with for the Team Regionals are not going to do them. I was looking for a cross fit competition in the Southern California region. I am 43 years old and have been doing the workouts for 5 months. I heard that NL Invitational does a competition in June 12th but I can not find anything about sign ups? Let me know if anyone knows about a meet or any info about the NLI? Cheers Vic |

Good luck Victor!
To kind of piggyback on your question though, does anyone know a good resource for local CF events? (especially in So Cal). You'd think with a box on about every corner now in So Cal, we'd hear about more events! |
