Deadlift
Hi,
I put up a video of a 1RM deadlift. My PR last September was 230#, and I've been crossfitting since then, but just took some time to practice deadlifts recently and was surprised to make a 35# gain. One year ago, I was deadlifting 145# for 5 reps, so I'm happy with all the progress. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PD_WsFxDtFc (wfs, of course) I'd love any feedback on my form. Thanks! ![]() |

It looks as if you are leaning back too far like you are about to snatch. You generate more power this way making you able to lift more.
