Deadlift

Hi,
I put up a video of a 1RM deadlift. My PR last September was 230#, and I've been crossfitting since then, but just took some time to practice deadlifts recently and was surprised to make a 35# gain. One year ago, I was deadlifting 145# for 5 reps, so I'm happy with all the progress.

I'd love any feedback on my form. Thanks!

Re: Deadlift

It looks as if you are leaning back too far like you are about to snatch. You generate more power this way making you able to lift more.

Looks good! Keep the bar closer to your shins, wear shin guards and scrape them in the way up and see if you can pull more weight!

Looks you're working out in the great outdoors...gotta love that!
