200 air squats 150 box jumps 100 53lb kettle bell swings 50 burpees |

Looks good!
Did 5 rounds today of: 10 Back squats @ 315# 10 Deadlifts @ 225# 200m run Did it somewhere in the 27 min range. Not sure forgot watch on last run. |
