Bad Workout/Diet Week
Hey guys its Alex, so this past week including this past weekend my diet has pretty much sucked. I have been indulging in many temptations and not having much self control. When this started last weekend I thought it was just a little set back and nothing that couldnt be fixed by a week of hard workouts and proper diet. Well monday went somewhat ok but then yesterday i crashed and burned with bad diet and a terrible workout due to me going to hard monday. Then today i felt like complete **** and only got a small shoulder press workout in. Although i did eat pretty good today. My main concern right now is that im going to visit family this weekend and will not have access to healthy foods or workout equipment. My question is should i just not worry to much about this and start fresh next monday or should i try to squeeze some bodyweight exercises in and try to watch what i eat? Any advise would be appreciated!

Re: Bad Workout/Diet Week
I think you answered your own question!! Try eating as healthy as you can. Drink water, eat fruits/veggies, lay off heavy sauces, limit portions of "unhealthy" food and definitely fit in some walking or tabatas or sprinting. Something is better than nothing.
Put this past week behind. Nothing you can do about it now. Just move forward!!!! ![]() |
