What do you do to recover tired muscles?

I am starting a blog called spampost
and I need peoples input on what they do after workouts to recover their tired muscles. I have already made a post on what I do as far as 'Fuel' goes, but now I want to know what people physically do to their muscles. Massage, ice, heat, sleep, etc. ???
Please visit the blog and comment on my recovery series post and let me know!
Also, I just started this blog so I could use some input and know what people would like to see/read.
MY email is deleted.

Thanks!!!
