I'm about 35 miles from La Crosse, and am not aware of any CFers in La Crosse. Could be a good opportunity for someone to open a box. Are you moving there or just visiting? If you search La Crosse in this forum there are some old posts, but nothing recent.

Yeah, I workout in Weigent park on 16th and Cass! I train friends and family. Gonna test out some new bumpers i just picked up. Certified level 1 trainer but always learning. If your up for any workouts throw me a message.

I moved to Winona last year from Santa Cruz, CA. I actually just affiliated and am currently looking for a location and another trainer besides myself in La Crosse. Got my L1 back in 2008 and have been training since then. Also helped open a box in Santa Cruz before I moved out here for a job.
Just wanted to put the feelers out and see if there was any interest!

Cool, great to hear. I'm going to push a friend your way once you open. So you live in Winona but are opening a box in La Crosse?

Great! I appreciate that! And yes, I will be making the commute from Winona to La Crosse. It's not bad, about 25 minutes.

Back in 2008 -2010 or so I would do some crossfit WOD's at the YMCA during non peak hours or in my yard. Since then I've just been pedalling and trail building for core strenght. I'd be interested in seeing what the La Crosse Crossfit was about.

Back when I first started CF people would look at me funny... Now it's all over espn and most people have at least heard of CF.

I honestly cannot believe it took so long for a CF box to open in La Crosse, for me it was a no brainer. Even the marketing behind CF in LaX makes total sense.
