my back
hi, i've a proble, when I do snatch, deadlift, power clen ecc.. during th starting position my lower back shape a curve that I can't correct. how I can do to solving this problem????

Check out the "So you think you can squat" series
You may need to increase your flexibility/mobility in your hammies, calves, hips, and more as well |
