struggle-up help
so i just got my first one a few days ago. took this vid today. any tips to get both hands around instead of just one?

work on the explosive hip drive on your kip, you're doing a little more pulling then you need to, making it harder on yourself, big kip then shoott your upper body as far forward as you can until both arms are over the bar..... good luck

False grip the bar and you will barely need a kip.
