Re: 1000lbs club CrossFit Total
Just stumbled across this, seems to be a way for me to cling on to something from my PL past somewhat. Also, bench pressing is fairly homosexual so this 'total' is much better.
BW- 175lbs Squat- 420lbs Press- 230lbs Deadlift- 615lbs Total- 1265lbs |

Re: 1000lbs club CrossFit Total
I've been Crossfitting since the beginning of the year. I didn't have any experience with weightlifting really. I heard of CF total and wanted to do it at the box to set a point of reference for me. I hope to do it at least every 6 mos to see how my progress is coming. I had no idea what my PR's would be, since I mainly lift in WODs.
I have wanted to join the 1000's club since finding this thread, but fell a bit short today. CF total: Back Squat: 355# Press: 150# ![]() Deadlift: 415# 920#'s total. I'm stoked about my #'s, and now know where I can greatly improve (press). So like everything else... I'll keep working on it. I hope in a year from now I can post some of those 1200+ scores like a lot of you guys! Thanks for the motivation and keep on lifting! Rob |

Re: 1000lbs club CrossFit Total
two weeks ago, posted 1055. Not my best, but I stopped doing the Wendler cycles 9 months ago. I have been doing the group WOD's and just enjoying myself.

Re: 1000lbs club CrossFit Total
Last Saturday I did a powerlifting comp, afterwords I did a quick 154lb Press to put up my first 1000+ CF Total. Last time, in december, I went 355/170/415 - 940lbs.
This time I went Squat - 409lbs (PR) Press - 154lbs (Have more, did it cold right before medals.) Deadlift - 479lbs (PR) Total: 1042lbs (PR by over 100lbs) |

Re: 1000lbs club CrossFit Total
Dang, strong dudes. I can't wait to join your ranks. Right now I'm at
176# bodyweight Squat 330 (two months ago) Press 160 (165 was very close) DL 405 (one month ago, probably bigger now) 895#. I project I'm probably at 350 squat, 165 press, and 425 dead now which would put me at 940#. I'd like to hit this before 2013. |
