Hmb?
I am 45 years old and trying to make some mass/strength increases. I have done some research on the benefit's of HMB usage by older male atheletes. However, I am curious to know if anyone has personally seen any tangible results from HMB.

Look at the results and decide whether you wish to pay for the increases they saw (HMB is on the expensive side). I could tell you all sorts of great strength increases that I had on HMB, but it could have been also because I was doing Westside and eating like a madman. With Internet testimonials, you have no way of knowing. |

Re: Hmb?
Thanks for the response. I had not seen that study. It appears to be beneficial but as you said it is expensive.

Re: Hmb?
For what it's worth, when I learned to eat/train properly, some of my closest friends were accusing me of steroid use. Diet is THAT important.
