And, lol, I totally did not expect him to but after Spence was done with that, he went ahead and worked up to 402lbs for two reps.

From what it sounds like Spencer is a pretty amazing athlete in general and made that look somewhat effortless.

Yeah I'm stoked to see him posting videos of the guys/gals at Cal Strength and taking the time to comment and offer critques occasionally in the Digital Coaching thread. Between CF, CS and 70's Big I've totally and shamelessly jumped on the Oly lifting bandwagon.

Glenn's been around here for awhile. He used to post more often back in the day when it was just Caleb, Donny, and Jon. Thats where the video of Donny doing "Grace" came from.
