olympic lifting
I do crossfit since 3 months and I practice it only, in my gym, and for this i do the exercices that I can do. I want to learn the movements of the olympic lifting such as: snatch, power clean,ecc... can you give me any advices for learn them.Thanks

Unless you can find a coach, watch videos. Crossfit.com's video vault has great stuff, mikesgym.com has good pics and video. All websites WFS

You're in europe it shouldn't be to hard to find a coach I would imagine.
