Hey guys,
My wife and I will be in Rome May 17th to the 21st. Has anyone heard any info about CrossFit Villa Pamphili? It's on the map of affiliates (near Vatican city) but not listed on the list of affiliates on the main site. CrossFit Urbe is 45 minutes from where we are staying which is a little far.

Hi Marcus,
I think villa pamphili it's not open yet, but I live near there so this afternoon i can go there and check it

I went yesterday and is closed... I heard from friends that they are restructuring the gym and is not going to be open soon (I think they will open on september)

Hi, everyone!!

My name is Lorenzo, come from Spain, and I've been living in Roma since 1 month ago (I think I will be living here for one whole year maybe).

I'd like to try Crossfit. I've been reading about that and seems awesome, a great workout!
It's CrossfitUrbe the only gym to practice it at Rome now? How does it work? Can you visit it for free? Should I call for an appointmnet in advance? Should I wait till first of June to register? Don't know very well.

This weekend I'll be out of the city but probably next week I'd go if possible. Please, If there is any Urbe's customer, could you give me a brief introduction about the best way to start?
