Question Workout Bench Press

Bench Press 8 x 5 sets 225lbs 3.50 seconds

I am 6' 185 lbs 27 years old

Heavy bench press isn't something you do to get a fast time--that's what we don't get.

Plus "8 x 5 sets 225lbs 3.50 seconds" doesn't really make any sense to begin with.

Don't mistake speed benching, highly unsafe, for power output or explosive lifting. Lower the weight at a controlled speed then without bouncing explode the weight off of your chest. At least this is the impression I had at what you were getting at.
