Nice! In the future you may find it useful to leave the bar in the rack position for a second or two and make sure you have a deep breath in you and everything is tight and stabilized before you lift. But on the other hand I understand just wanting to get it over with. Good job nonetheless, BW Press is a great milestone!

Good work. Now let your bodyweight creep up and keep the press even with it or beyond. Root those feet into the ground, sometimes squeezing the glutes and pressing the feet down and out/in twist, helps lock me in place.

Looks good, I think everyman should be able to press at least their bodyweight.
Only thing I could recommend is to keep your lower body tight, maybe take little more time getting out of the rack to make sure you are in the right position. |

Yep. Just working on getting a 2nd stall mat from my school (They're just laying around, so the head of phys. ed. said I could buy one for $30, its the exact same as my current one), and then I have to correlate how I'm going to work my oly programming while still participating in the fitness class I'm in. My CF coach is my teacher, so we'll work something out.
