I was deadlifting on base today and I saw a guy doing a very heavy snatch. I counted up his plates, 315 lbs. This guys was snatching almost as much as I was deadlifting for reps..and doing ring muscle ups in-between sets.
Either I'm slacking or I need to be on the lookout for this guy in the games.
