OHS problem

I've got a question for you folks...

I've been working on getting 15 BW OHS's for a little while now and so far I've managed 7 reps at BW. Now here's the problem...

Starting at around 115lb OHS's I begin to notice as I stand up from the squat that the bar slants down to the left as if my right shoulder is locked out but the left isn't. Now I'm sure that if my left shoulder wasn't locked I wouldn't be able to complete 5+ reps at BW like I did so any idea whats going on?
