Favourite wod's with a particular focus

Hey guys

Just trying out the crossfit endurance 12 week program. I am making up some wod's but thought I would pick a few brains here to.

Would anyone care to share any:
Chest, shoulder and tricep focused wod's
Glute, ham focused wods
And back focused wod's
