I'm 5'8''. My weight has always hovered around 155-159 but as I said it has started to drop. Still no drop off in performance or recovery though.
Thanks for all the advice guys. I've heard things like go for 2x or 3x fat - does this mean 2/3 times the blocks of fat I would normally have, so 30 - 45 blocks of fat?
